New PCBA.exe version 1.51 software upgrade with DManager.exe is now availabe for download with added charge and discharge capacity termination features (version one hardware requires firmware upgrade to utilize) as well as many other improvements and corrections. PCBA.zip file includes Database Manager. Also download the updated Help file which includes explainations of the new capacity termination features.

New Database Manager software is now available for free to new and existing customers needing to managing their PCBA Microsoft Access database files in order to view, save, edit and delete database test records and individual battery information. The new Database Manager can chart and save to text file lifecyle test results filtered by either capacity charge, capaicty discharge, watt-hours charge or watt-hours discharge. The saved text files can then be imported into Excel or other spreadsheet software for creation of custom reports.

New and improved version 2 hardware PCBA 5010-4 battery analyzer now available with improved channel charge/discharge current accuracy, calibration and temperature compensation. CE certification and lifetime warranty now come standard. Lifetime warranty retroactive for existing customers with version 1 hardware.

Warranty on the PCBA 5010-4 battery analyzer has been increased to 3 years, retro-acitve for existing customers. Confidence in the PCBA 5010-4 battery analyzer's reliablity is high and ESI will repair any unit at no cost for up to three years from date of purchase. Customer pays shipping.

Work is progressing on a Microsoft Windows Data Base Manager program named DBManager.exe that can sort through and present battery test records stored in the TestData.mdb Access data base file maintained by the PCBA 5010-4 battery analyzer.
June 2009
Work is mostly complete for meeting CE certification requirements for the 5010-4 battery analyzer which incorporates worldwide AC input and power factor correction. Some changes have been made to the current version of hardware to reduce switching noise from entering the AC power line.
